Job summary

APM Manufacturing seeks an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer to generate programs and setup sheets using Mastercam Mill. The role requires precise GD&T measurements, blueprint reading, and proficient shop math.

You will work with CAM software including CAM 2020 and Livetooling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while complying with ITAR requirements and customer standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with CNC lathe programming and setup sheets.

Responsibilities

• Create CNC Lathe programming and setup sheets using Mastercam Mill.
• Perform complex GD&T measurement with calipers and height/gages.
• Read blueprints and perform advanced shop math.
• Utilize Mastercam, CAM 2020 and Livetooling as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and company procedures.

An experienced CNC Lathe Programmer should process excellent attention to detail, and will be responsible to follow out Programming jobs in accordance with customer and Company procedures and requirements.

• Create CNC Lathe Programming and setup sheets using Mastercam Mill Experienced also desired
• Complex GD&T measurement using calipers, height gage, bore gages etc
• Advanced shop math
• Advanced Blueprint reading
• Experience with Livetooling
• Cam 2020 plus experience desired

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related job experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
