Create and/or edit manufacturing processes and workflows. Determine the methods and sequence for manufacturing operations of machined parts and assemblies, and ensure products and processes meet customer quality requirements. Create machine programs for 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture tight tolerance machined parts.
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field a plus. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through three years or more of increasingly responsible related experience.
The employee frequently is required to use hands to operate a computer and talk or hear. The employee is required to sit, stand and walk as needed. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Also expected of the employee is regular attendance, the ability to work cooperatively and professionally with others and members of the public, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. The employee may be required to travel to vendors or customers.
