Job summary

Lawrence Equipment, Inc. is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our El Monte manufacturing team. You will program CNC Mill and Lathe machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exact specs using Fanuc controls.

You will collaborate with engineering, implement lean manufacturing, perform preventive maintenance, and mentor junior staff on programming techniques. A manufacturing technology degree or related certification is beneficial, with competitive benefits including 401(k) and health

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in CNC programming languages. Strong knowledge of Fanuc systems and controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
• Experience with Inventor CAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam X9 is a must.
• Understanding of machining processes including electrical discharge machining.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A degree or certification in Manufacturing Technology or related field is advantageous.

The pay range for this role is:

35 - 45 USD per hour(El Monte HQ)
