What You'll Do:
- Develop efficient and reliable CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers, including complex multi-axis aerospace components.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation to determine machining requirements, tooling, workholding, and process strategies.
- Develop fixturing and workholding solutions and support CNC machine setup and production activities.
- Optimize machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies to reduce cycle times, improve quality, and minimize waste.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, inspect finished parts, and maintain accurate setup sheets, tool libraries, programs, and process documentation.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- 7+ years of experience in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code), CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, CAMWorks, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- 7+ years of experience with various CNC machines.

- Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology or Engineering
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in programming and machining.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document processes.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
