Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and machine programming.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree/certification a plus.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• 1. Interpret and execute blueprints and schematics to perform machining tasks.
• 2. Program and set up CNC machines to perform the necessary operations.
• 3. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• 4. Utilize mechanical inspection tools to verify the quality and precision of machined parts.
• 5. Operate various machines including lathes, mills, grinders, and drills.
• 6. Select appropriate tools and materials for machining processes.
• 7. Accurately measure and calibrate equipment to ensure precision in machining tasks.
• 8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process.
• 9. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
• 10. Collaborate with the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
• 2. Proficient in blueprint reading and machine programming.
• 3. Solid knowledge of lathe operation, mill operation, grinding, drilling, and tooling.
• 4. Skilled in using precision measurement tools and equipment calibration.
• 5. Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills.
• 6. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 9. Good physical condition and stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
• 10. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
