Protouch Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join a precision machining team in Kansas. You will create and optimize CNC programs for precision components using Mastercam or NX, read blueprints and GD&T, select tools, and support setup and production operations.

Ideal candidates have CNC programming experience, ability to interpret technical drawings, strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• CNC programming experience.
• Experience with Mastercam or NX.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong GD&T understanding and machining processes.
• CNC setup and tooling experience.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for precision components.
• Use Mastercam and/or NX for CNC programming.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining processes.
• Support CNC machine setup and machining operations.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
• Improve machining cycle times and production efficiency.
• Work with machinists, engineers, and production teams.
• Inspect parts and maintain quality standards.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Follow safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and on-time production.
