Job summary

Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support our manufacturing team, creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC programs for casino furniture, gaming products, and custom components.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC programming experience in a production environment and familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as EnRoute, Maestro, or Microvellum. The role requires independent work and collaboration with production teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC programming experience
• Experience creating and editing G-code
• Experience with CNC routers, CNC machining equipment, or automated manufacturing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• High attention to detail and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs (G-code) for machining wood, plastic, and composite materials
• EnRoute
• Optimize machine performance to improve production quality and efficiency
• Work closely with machine operators to troubleshoot programming and production issues
• Interpret production drawings, specifications, and sales orders
• Ensure all required components are programmed accurately and produced to specification
• Support prototype development and testing efforts
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations

SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support our manufacturing team by creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC programs used to produce casino furniture, gaming products, and custom components.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience programming CNC equipment in a production environment and working with CAD/CAM software solutions such as EnRoute, Maestro, or Microvellum.

The ideal candidate isa hands-on CNC professional who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges and turning designs into finished products. You have experience programming CNC equipment, understand woodworking or custom manufacturing environments, and can work independently while collaborating closely with production teams.

WORK LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Las Vegas, NV Warehouse (89119).
• Remote or hybrid work is not available.
