Ajulia Executive Search is recruiting for a client in New Jersey seeking a CNC Programmer with Mastercam and SolidWorks expertise. The role focuses on programming for shop-floor machines, interpreting blueprints, and supporting production through precise tooling and process optimization.

Ideal candidates will have strong CNC programming experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to managers and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, reports, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Proficient in Mastercam and SolidWorks for programming and design tasks.
• Strong CNC programming experience with the ability to generate efficient CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, reports, procedures, and regulations accurately.
• Operate CNC machinery and tooling; use precision measurement tools as required.
• Generate accurate CNC programs for shop-floor machines.
• Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot CNC-related issues and provide guidance.
• Create or revise process routings and methods of manufacture based on feedback.
• Prepare reports and present technical information to managers, supervisors, and customers.

Job Requirements and Duties:

• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, reports, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Proficiency in Mastercam and SolidWorks.
• Strong experience with CNC programming.
• Generates accurate and efficient CNC programs for shop‑floor machines.
• Collaborates with machinists to troubleshoot CNC‑related issues and provide technical guidance.
• Supports new, recurring, and rework job orders by creating or revising process routings and Methods of Manufacture based on production feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and present technical information to managers, supervisors, and customers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
