Job summary

Czarnowski Collective seeks a highly skilled CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs, support CAD initiatives, and ensure high-quality production. You will collaborate with CNC and CAD teams to enhance workflows, improve processes, and drive operational success across our studios.

Responsibilities

• Program and manage CNC machines.
• Design, develop, and produce various custom items.
• Perform maintenance and preventive care on CNC machines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy.
• Produce accurate designs using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Program 3-Axis CNC machines using Router-CIM and Fusion 360.
• Work with team to ensure designs meet standards and are compliant.
• Optimize cost, quality, manufacturability, delivery, and function of designs.
• Provide design ideas and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and find alternative build methods to save cost and time.

The Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer who brings technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for precision manufacturing. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization where innovation, efficiency, and quality are key drivers of success.

The CNC Programmer will play a critical role in developing and optimizing programs, supporting design initiatives, and ensuring high-quality production standards. In addition, this individual will collaborate closely with the CNC and CAD teams to enhance workflows, improve processes, and support the overall success of operations.

The Job:

• Program and manage CNC machines
• Design, develop, and produce various custom items
• Perform maintenance and preventive care on CNC machine
• Work with other departments to ensure the consistency and accuracy
• Produce accurate designs using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
• Program 3-Axis CNC machines using Router-CIM and Autodesk Fusion (previously known as Fusion 360)
• Work as a part of a team to ensure all designs meet stands and are in compliance
• Optimize cost, quality, manufacturability, delivery, and functions of designs.
• Provide design ideas and solutions
• Troubleshoot and determine alternative build methods to save cost and time
