Job summary

Jobtailor in Vermont is seeking a CNC Operator to manage operation and set-up of CNC KOMO and associated software. You will move cores, run programs, and stack output on off-feed rollers while maintaining strict process control.

Daily duties include quality checks, monitoring for production quality, and performing preventative maintenance; candidates must be able to stand for long shifts and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for duration of shift.
• Read production codes and batch tickets.
• Meet established efficiency, quality and production goals.
• Follow established company safety policy & procedure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up of the CNC KOMO and computer software.
• Manually move core from stacks onto machine.
• Run programs and stack core onto off-feed rollers.
• Perform quality checks multiple times per shift.
• Continuously monitor the CNC for quality production.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly preventative maintenance on the CNC.
