Serving the IR Pumps, MP Pumps, and Oberdorfer brands, this role balances capacity, materials, and priorities while embracing accountability, agility, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned to customer demand and capacity.Coordinate with Production, Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Engineering teams.Monitor schedule adherence and proactively resolve constraints.Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders and priorities.Support IRX and continuous improvement efforts.Communicate schedule changes, risks, and recovery plans clearly.Mitigate COGI errors.Analyze performance metrics to improve planning effectiveness.
