Job summary

Northern Gear & Machining is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in a precision machining environment. You will oversee shift operations, ensure adherence to processes and safety policies, and collaborate with the team to meet customer requirements.

This working supervisor role requires strong leadership and CNC experience, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Location: Muskego, WI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a production supervisor in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC mill and lathe experience.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced shift while meeting quality and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Instruct operators on downtime and reassign to machines as needed.
• Communicate all absences to HR/Plant Operations Manager.
• Maintain posted rates.
• Evaluate and train all new hires.
• Review and approve employee production at shift end.
• Ensure all material produced on the shift is accounted for.
