Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a qualified candidate to set up and operate CNC facilities across machining, bonding, and welding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the U.S.

The role requires reading complex drawings, following procedures, and maintaining tight tolerances while adhering to safety and quality culture. Valid forklift/crane credentials and ability to lift 50 lbs are needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of CNC experience reading and understanding programs.
• Fork truck/crane license; ability to use shop math and follow complex drawings.
• Must wear a respirator and pass a Process Operator Competency Test.
• Set-up and operate manufacturing facilities using CNC controls for multiple operations.
• Adapt to safety and quality culture; able to lift/move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC facilities for multiple operations including machining, bonding, welding, and manual tools.
• Interpret detailed drawings, determine tools, and load/unload parts using cranes/forklifts.
• Follow Siemens procedures and maintain close tolerances per drawings.
