• 5+ years of experience developing manufacturing processes for machining.
• 3+ years of experience in a defense/aerospace-related job shop environment.
• Subject matter expert in GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains standard work for the machine shop.
• Troubleshoots non-conformances and implements Root Cause and Corrective Action.
• Liaison between Engineering, Programming and Operations.
• Support legacy and new product introduction projects.

Skills

Experience developing manufacturing processes for machining

Experience in a defense/aerospace-related job shop environment

Subject matter expert in GD&T

Interpreting detailed engineering drawings

Proficiency in MS Office Products

Proficiency in SolidWorks

Proficiency in Mastercam

Excellent human interaction skills

Ability to obtain security clearance

Education

BS in Mechanical, Quality, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering discipline

5+ years of equivalent on the job training and experience
