Job summary

DRT Holdings, LLC in Winsted, CT is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop and optimize CNC manufacturing processes. You will work with production teams to enable new equipment launches and improve quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes lean initiatives, root-cause analysis, and documentation, with growth toward senior engineering leadership. A sign-on bonus and performance bonuses are available as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience.
• CNC machining and precision manufacturing experience.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with process development and troubleshooting.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes, routings, tooling, and fixturing.
• Support CNC machining operations and production teams.
• Troubleshoot machining, quality, and process issues.
