Job summary

DRT Holdings, LLC in Winsted, CT, is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer with CNC experience to join a growing aerospace-focused operation. The role emphasizes developing processes, routings, tooling, and fixturing, supporting CNC machining, and driving Lean improvements in a high-precision environment.

You will lead root cause analysis, troubleshoot quality and process issues, and create manufacturing documentation while advancing toward senior engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience.
• CNC machining and precision manufacturing experience.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with process development and troubleshooting.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mastercam, Siemens NX, and fixture design experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes, routings, tooling, and fixturing.
