Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a seasoned CNC Process Engineer to lead programming, tooling selection, and setup optimization across our machining floor. You will design tooling, coach operators, and implement TPM and Kaizen methods to boost yields and reduce scrap.

Collaborate with design and QA, establish 5S and inspection schedules, and plan future equipment expansions while ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent practical knowledge.
• Mastery of machining environments and CNC technology evolution.
• 5-10 years of meaningful CNC machining exposure.
• Mastery of lathes and mills.
• CAD/CAM and shop floor programming expertise.
• Strategic thinker in advanced machining concepts.
