Job summary

Opti Staffing partners with a local metal fabrication company in Boring, OR to hire a CNC Press Brake Operator for the Swing Shift. Pay is $28.00–$35.00/hr DOE, with Mon-Thurs 3:00PM to 1:30AM.

You will set up and operate CNC press brake machines, read blueprints, select tooling, perform bump forming, and inspect parts with precision gauges for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CNC Press Brake experience.
• Strong setup and operation experience.
• Experience with bump forming and complex forming.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines.
• Perform bump forming and complex forming operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Select the proper tooling and adjust machines as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot forming issues and adjust to improve production.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks.
• Work with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
