Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Press Brake Operator to operate and maintain press brake equipment for fabrication projects at our Oshkosh, WI facility.

You will read blueprints, set up tooling, check tolerances with calipers and micrometers, and ensure safe, efficient production. Prior CNC and press brake experience is essential; physical activity and teamwork are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Produces parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC.
• Must be proficient in all press brake machines on site.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to understand fractions to decimals and dimensions.
• Adheres to safety procedures and regulations.
• Plan and prioritize tasks.
• Moderate physical activity typical for production roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain press brake equipment for fabrication projects.
• Perform deburring, filing, grinding and polishing.
• Use measuring tools to verify tolerances and inspect parts.
• Interpret work orders, blueprints and BOMs; complete paperwork.
• Configure bend allowances for sheet metal and tooling.
