Job summary

RealTruck is hiring a Machine Operator with CNC/Press Brake experience for our Lafayette, IN facility. The role involves setting up and operating a press brake, and measuring and inspecting parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience operating press brakes or CNC machines.
• Ability to perform in-process inspections and measurements.
• Wamiliarity with basic KPI goals for safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Set up press brake parameters on screen (tonnage, angle, speed, bends).
• Operate the press brake to produce parts per schedule.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure parts meet specs.
• Support KPI targets for safety, quality, and efficiency.
