Job summary

Accelera's second-shift manufacturing team seeks a meticulous Press Brake Operator to configure and run CNC metal-forming machines, producing components that meet precise blueprints and production orders.

A background in manufacturing, ability to read technical drawings, and experience with 14-18 gauge stainless steel are valued. The role pays $18.00-$23.00 per hour plus overtime, Monday–Friday 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, with health insurance, paid time off and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional manufacturing experience.
• Ability to decipher technical schematics and shop blueprints.
• Ability to verify part dimensions against design requirements.
• Experience with 14-18 gauge stainless steel is highly desired.
• Experience setting up and running press brake machinery.
• Strong attention to detail for high-quality results.
• Good attendance and the ability to work autonomously or with others.
• Ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CNC press brake systems and tools.
• Analyze drawings and orders to set forming parameters.
• Create components adhering to tolerances.
• Work with stainless steel material types.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to check accuracy.
• Ensure parts meet quality benchmarks and specs.
• Track machine performance to sustain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a safe, orderly workspace.
• Follow safety protocols.
