Job summary

TMCO Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for 1st and 2nd shift CNC Punch Operator roles. We look for individuals with CNC knowledge who are motivated to learn, take pride in their work, and contribute to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC press brakes, reading blueprints and work orders, loading materials, inspecting parts with calipers and micrometers, and following all safety procedures to maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brakes in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to meet daily production goals.

6:30am - 5:00pm

2nd Shift

Monday - Thursday

5:00pm - 3:30am
