Overview

CNC Press Brake Operator

Location: Columbus, OH-must be able to relocate

Join our team in Columbus, OH, where we build world-class food processing equipment with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Press Brake Operator to contribute to our mission of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Set up and document tooling and safe practices for CNC Press Brake operations.
• Verify machine settings to ensure accurate tolerances and functions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine during operations.
• Operate, control settings, deburr, and inspect parts to ensure conformance.
• Work from drawings, sketches, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
• Organize the work area before and after processing parts, and stack completed parts properly on blocks or pallets.
• Detect equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust the machine within capabilities.
• Calculate blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage, and tooling for each part being formed.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, electrical, hydraulic schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Basic computer skills, including ERP transactional experience.
• Trade or Technical School education(Preferred)
• Forklift experience(Preferred)
