Job summary

EZARC in Pleasant Grove, UT seeks a CNC plasma operator to run and maintain a high‑capacity plasma cutting line (300 AMP Hypertherm).

You will load materials with a forklift, perform routine maintenance, monitor quality, and work with foreman and project manager to set priorities. Strong measuring skills, ability to read drawings, and good teamwork are essential; English communication required.

Qualifications

• Experience reading fabrication and part drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8–10 hours.
• Team-oriented and able to work with others.
• Proficient with basic software and learning new systems.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a CNC plasma beam line or plasma cutting table (300 AMP Hypertherm - Voortman).
• Load and unload raw materials safely with a forklift.
• Perform regular maintenance on CNC equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration.
• Maintain records of project activities (lists, tasks, deadlines).
• Set priorities with foreman and project manager to drive project success.
• Select and install cutting consumables, adjust machine settings, monitor process.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
