Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or elementary education with minimum manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions.
• Six months of experience in manufacturing, assembly or industrial processes.
• Preferred SAP knowledge; CNC programming is a plus; bilingual (English–Spanish) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and cut plates by plasma or oxy-fuel.
• Operate CNC machine and monitor its operation.
• Move plates using crane and magnet.
• Record data in SAP and ensure traceability.
• Maintain safety standards and use PPE.
• Contribute to daily productivity and target achievement.
