Job summary

SEPCO, Inc. in Alabaster, Alabama seeks a detail-oriented Parts Finisher to complete finishing of CNC machined parts. You will clean, deburr, lap, and sand parts and ensure they meet drawing specifications and quality standards.

The role involves using hand tools, belts, grinders, and finishing equipment, with emphasis on safety and accuracy. Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. High school diploma or GED required, with ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Must read customer drawings and interpret specifications.
• Able to read dial calipers and verify tolerances from drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for finishing tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing and deburring with hand tools and machines.
• Polish and finish CNC machined parts to specification.
• Assemble pins and fit holes per drawings.
• Prepare parts for assembly and shipment with clean, safe processes.
