We are currently seeking candidates for all shifts. This position is responsible for loading and unloading pallets and operating the Pallettech equipment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Responsible for the visual and physical quality of the parts being loaded and unloaded.
• Ensure jobs are loaded and running in a timely manner.
• Replace broken or worn tools and set the tool length.
• Set work schedules in the Pallettech system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate any out-of-spec conditions to a supervisor.
• Ability to read and understand parts and drawings.
• Use calipers and micrometers to measure parts coming off the pallets.
• Load all tombstones in the Pallettech area.
• Perform tool length touch-offs.
• Set work schedules in the Pallettech system.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work in noisy environments. Prolonged periods of standing and bending are required. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and climb to access all parts of the machine. Wear eye and ear protection is required.
