G.S. Precision is seeking team members for a dedicated Weekend Shift in our precision manufacturing operation.

The role supports multiple machining and finishing areas with opportunities to learn new processes, contribute to quality, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Shifts are three 12-hour days (Fri, Sat, Sun) with 40 hours paid; weekend differential is 30% for hours worked on the Weekend Shift, starting early morning.

Qualifications

• This role requires precise machining and measurement accuracy.
• Ability to learn multiple processes across production areas.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain records and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines in assigned area and adjust tooling as needed.
• Inspect parts with micrometers and gauges for tolerances.
• Support multiple production areas and learn various processes.
• Maintain production records and housekeeping to meet standards.
• Follow safety, quality and company policies.
