Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC operator.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient with CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to detail and results-driven.
• Good communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering is a plus.
• Apprenticeship completed is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Understand specifications by reading blueprints and drawings.
• Translate instructions into computer commands for machines.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Run tests to check outputs meet specifications.
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate parts.
• Supervise machines and adjust for better results.
• Inspect and measure finished products against requirements.
• Check and maintain machinery daily.
