Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and program CNC press brake machines to fabricate metal components with precision.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine bending requirements.
3. Set up tooling and adjust machine settings based on project specifications.
4. Inspect completed parts for accuracy, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient production workflows.
7. Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance.
8. Follow all Company Rules, Procedures and Policies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a CNC Operator, with extensive knowledge of press brake operations.
2. Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding fabrication processes.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate CNC machinery safely and effectively.
4. High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle machine operations for extended periods.
6. Certification in CNC machining or press brake operation is a plus.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
