Job summary

ETS is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in St. Johnsbury, VT to set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision metal components. Review blueprints, plan operations, and monitor performance.

You will inspect finished parts with calipers and micrometers, perform basic programming adjustments, and maintain equipment. This is a full-time, in-person role with health benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and apply machine tool math.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision inspection instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision metal components.
• Review blueprints and work orders to plan and execute machining operations.
