You will set up and supervise the machine, maintain safety standards, and support production targets in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Technical degree or 1+ year manufacturing experience
• Ability to perform quality work to standards
• Excellent operator skills with good measurement skills
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CNC lathe machine to cut metal
• Load materials into CNC machine
• Calculate material feed and adjust speed based on vibrations/sounds
• Read, follow and understand blueprints
• Inspect parts against specifications
• Set up units correctly and safely operate equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Meet or exceed production targets
• Adhere to safety policies and GMPs
• Complete required safety training
• Cross-train as needed
• Perform other duties as directed by Production Foreman
