Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as CNC Operator or in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Strong quality control and precision measurement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to lift heavy items and work overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent; engineering diploma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine task specifications.
• Translate instructions into machine commands.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Supervise machines and make adjustments for quality.
• Inspect finished products for conformance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality control processes.
