Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a CNC Operator at our Foster Manufacturing Plant in Springfield, MO. You will operate CNC machines, perform setups and tooling changes under supervision, and ensure accurate tooling selection.

Required: high school diploma or GED, 2+ years CNC experience, ability to read precision drawings, use micrometers and calipers, lift 40–50 lbs regularly, and stand for long periods. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years CNC experience is required.
• Ability to read precision drawings and use measuring tools.
• Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs regularly and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines that mill, drill and broach metal parts.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as directed by supervisor.
• Select, measure and set machine tools using precision gauges.
• Operate multiple machines when not setting up.
• Follow specifications for tooling set-up and maintenance of machines.
• Assist with routine maintenance on machines as needed.
