Job summary

Bo/Gar Enterprises in Wyoming, IL is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts per specifications, read blueprints, and monitor quality throughout production.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (technical CNC certification preferred) and proven experience with CNC machining, GD&T, and programming basics. Flexibility for overtime and teamwork will help you succeed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations throughout production.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
