Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Cincinnati East is seeking a CNC Operator for 1st and 2nd shift openings in Lebanon, OH. Compensation ranges from $25.00–$35.00 per hour based on experience, with weekly pay and benefits available.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC equipment (waterjet, Haas milling, plasma), reading blueprints, performing tool changes, and ensuring quality with precision measuring tools. Prior CNC experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining or as a CNC operator.
• Ability to read blueprints and machining specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.
• Basic CNC G & M code knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC production equipment including waterjet, Haas gantry mills, plasma machines, and CNC vertical mills.
• Process parts accurately using blueprints, work instructions, and verbal specifications.
• Perform tool changes, adjust offsets, and maintain cutting tools for optimal performance.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
• Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and indicators (inch and metric).
• Monitor machine operations, identify malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain and edit CNC programs for process optimization and performance improvements.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously when production allows.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed
