Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Lexington, TN to support the production of precision components. This direct-hire role suits mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy operating CNC equipment and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.

Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One to three years of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines and other production equipment
• Run cut-off saws, lathes, drill presses, and related machinery
• Read job specifications to determine machine settings and material requirements
• Set stops, guides, and machine controls according to specifications
• Cut, shape, and bend metal sheets, tubing, and structural components
• Inspect workpieces to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust, and scale from finished materials
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Follow established production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
