Qualifications

• 1-3 years CNC setup experience.

• Industrial setting with machinery, noise, and airborne materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines using blueprints and job specifications.
• Determine feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining sequences.
• Perform first article inspections and coordinate QA approvals.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain precision and efficiency.
• Operate multiple machines and perform secondary operations.
• Train and support other operators.
• Ensure product quality before moving to next stage.
