Job summary

Kennametal Stellite Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate and set up CNC machines, read blueprints, and perform precision machining to meet quality specifications. You will adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling, and may modify G-code as required to maintain production efficiency.

The role requires 1-3 years of automated/CNC work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent with vocational training; basic safety and quality controls are essential in daily duties.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing/CNC preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with vocational training.
• Technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture quality products at or below budget.
• Set up equipment, adjust feeds, speeds, temperatures and run CNC tasks.
• Read blueprints and verify dimensions with gages.
• Program adjustments to G-code as needed.
• Operate multiple CNC machines and ensure safety compliance.
