Job summary

Diamondback-CN is seeking a CNC Operator II to operate CNC horizontal and vertical machines per complex blueprints and engineering drawings. You will load/unload parts, perform tool changes, and ensure parts meet documentation and tolerance requirements.

The role involves inspecting finished products with calipers and other measurement tools, making necessary machine adjustments, and learning set-ups for new jobs with supervision. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC horizontals and/or verticals per complex blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to read drawings and understand tolerances.
• Experience using calipers and other measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate, load, and unload parts on CNC machines.
• Perform tool changes and set tool offsets.
• Inspect and measure finished parts against documents.
• Adjust machinery to compensate for tool wear.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operating difficulties.
• Assist in set-ups for new jobs with guidance.
