Job summary

One Source Manufacturing Headquarters in Leander, TX is seeking a CNC Operator Level 1 to operate CNC mills and lathes, load parts, cycle the machine, and monitor tooling for quality and efficiency.

You will perform inspections, document results, and maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with 5S principles and ERP workflows. A high school diploma or GED is required, with manufacturing experience preferred, and ITAR compliance may apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts and load materials.
• Monitor machine cycles and detect tool wear or malfunctions.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and document results per IPC standards.
• Process work orders in ERP system and complete NCMRs as needed.
• Support production runs and communicate effectively with team members.
