Fralock in Valencia, CA is seeking a CNC Operator I (Mill) to set up and run CNC equipment using diverse materials. The role requires reading blueprints, loading programs, and ensuring quality while meeting schedule and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of CNC experience, familiarity with AutoCAD/NCCam/MasterCam, and strong attention to detail for high reliability manufacturing. This onsite position includes full benefits and a daytime shift.

  • Experience downloading programming software from AutoCAD, NCCam, MasterCam, or the like.

Job Summary

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and running CNC equipment to process jobs using a variety of materials, such as Q2, Cirlex, Graphfoil, and Copperfoil, while ensuring quality standards are met. The Operator must also be able to download programs. This role focuses on producing high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on schedule while meeting both internal and external customer requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to identify quality issues, and flexibility to support multiple functions through cross-training.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineer, and Operations teams to support production goals, tooling improvements, fixtures development, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to other machine operators.
  • Cross-train and rotate across multiple workstations to support production needs and efficiency.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with Supervisors, Production Leads, and peers to support department goals.
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures, including PPE requirements for a clean room environment.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area using safety standards and expectations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
