Plascore Inc in Zeeland, MI 49464 is seeking a CNC Operator I for the Panels division on 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:30AM-2:30PM). Starting at $20.29 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities include loading programs, sawing, routing, drilling, and quality checks with ERP data entry.

Requirements: high school diploma or GED preferred, 1 year CNC experience preferred, ability to work overtime, and ITAR eligibility. Benefits include comprehensive health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of CNC experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Gather material according to work order.
• Set parts on working surface and perform sawing, routing, and drilling.
• Perform quality checks before, during and after machining using blueprints and gages.
• Load CNC programs, dry run, and run production parts under supervisor.
• Align and place panels on the CNC surface and maintain safety.
• Complete paperwork and data entry in the ERP system.
• Report CNC equipment irregularities to supervision or maintenance.
