Dixon Group in Houston, TX is seeking a CNC Operator I to join our team. You will set up and operate CNC machines for daily production runs, install and measure tools, and ensure product quality.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC experience, reads blueprints, uses calipers and micrometers, and can work safely in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and training opportunities.

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

The Dixon Group is looking for a CNC Operator I to join our team in Houston, TX! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing CNC machinery for new production runs, which includes installing and measuring tools, as well as locating and securing jaws to the chuck. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to proactively recognize machining issues, and the expertise to make critical adjustments.
