Job summary

ES MFG in Rochester, MI is hiring CNC Machine Operators. Join a family-owned manufacturing team with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance. 1st and 2nd shifts available: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. You will operate CNC machines, inspect parts, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Recent manufacturing experience required.
• CNC or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work history with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and noise.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use gauges, calipers, and measuring tools to verify specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
