Freeman Boatworks is seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Moncks Corner, SC. You will prepare and operate CNC machines to cut fiberglass kits, organize materials, and track inventory, ensuring parts are ready for each build.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies. We offer weekly pay, PTO and holidays, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC operator or Eastman machinery experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle materials safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Set up, operate, and/or program CNC machinery as required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality and specification requirements are met.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow direction from supervisors and team leads while meeting production expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
