Aventure Staffing is hiring a CNC Operator in Sheldon, IA to support production with precise machining and quality output. You will operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, and follow safety procedures to meet daily targets.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods. Competitive hourly pay with DOE and benefits are offered, including paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and engineering docs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assist tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Able to stand for long periods and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area.
• Follow safety regulations and wear gear.
• Measure, inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Meet production goals, quotas, and deadlines.
• Manage time efficiently to maximize performance and productivity.
• Other duties as assigned.
