RBC Bearings Incorporated, through its RBC AeroComponents division, is seeking a Beginner CNC Operator for Ball Ground, GA. You will learn to operate CNC machines and support aerospace manufacturing in a hands-on role.

Training provided from the ground up; no prior experience required. Shift options on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with competitive pay between $18 and $20 per hour plus shift differential, plus benefits.

What You’ll Do

In this hands-on role, you’ll:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards
• Use hand tools and pneumatic assembly tools

• Following safety protocols and contributing to a clean, organized workspace
• Learn from experienced machinists with 20+ years of experience

Shifts Available:

• 2 nd Shift – Monday through Thursday 3pm – 1:30am
• 3 rd Shift – Monday night through Friday morning 9pm – 7:30am

Requirements:

• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50lbs to load and unload material
• Understand basic math
• Dexterity: must be able to work with hands to handle parts and use controls on machines
