Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CNC mill setup experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Vertical CNC and Swiss Lathe machines.
• Run machining programs while maintaining close tolerance and finish specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect and verify finished parts.
• Assist with new program setups and process improvements.
• Recommend tooling arrangements, fixtures, and operation sequences to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operating issues and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
