Job summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to work on the 3rd shift in Baldwyn, MS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC equipment and a firm commitment to safety, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC machinery, loading materials, performing quality checks, following work orders and drawings, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and reporting issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operating experience is required.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be comfortable working a 3rd shift/overnight schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments when necessary.
• Load raw materials and remove completed parts from machines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report equipment or production issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.
